Been listening through the first hour, which can be summarized in about 3 sentences: go by category from easy to hard (e.g. books first, things of emotional attachment last), put everything you have from that category in one heap, and choose the things that spark joy or are used frequently or have obvious benefits for you in the future. Choose things you want to keep (positive emotion) instead of things you want to discard (negative emotion) because then tidying is more fun. There. For someone who claims to help with both fysical and mental clutter, the author is making a lot of unnecessary vocal clutter...
